Take Dance to new heights with Aerial Dance.  Aerial dance is a movement art performed on suspended fabrics.  All levels welcome.
What to wear?

For attire there are a few things you definitely want:

1. You want tight fitting stretchy pants that will cover the backs of your knees such as leggings.

2. A shirt that will cover your midriff without riding up, or that you can tuck in.

3. No jewelry of any kind.  Tape over any spiky piercings you can’t remove.

4. You can’t wear shoes to do aerials so your footwear doesn’t matter.

5. No body lotion on hands, arms, and legs.

6. Bring lots of water. You might also want to bring a protein-rich treat for after class to help build muscles.

What if I am afraid of heights?
Never fear! Classes begin with participants doing everything from the ground, while they learn the techniques. From there pariticpants may take their vocabulary to the next level when ready.

Our number one concern is your safety. Even if you start out with a fear of heights, you may soon find that you’re climbing with confidence.
